Select the screenshot (click on it)
References > Insert Caption Choose above or below and what label you want to use. These will be formatted in the Caption Paragraph Style. Complex Documents Initially, you'll have a bit of work but these use the SEQuence Field and allow you to create a Table of Figures, Table of Tables, etc.
