Unhappy Now people can't see my logo in Word

I was sent a Word document to replace an old logo with a current logo. I replaced the logo using Word 2007, then re-saved it as a docx file. And emailed it to 2 co-workers using Office365.
One of them is now telling me when he opens the docx file on his desktop PC, it shows as a black box, when he opens it on his tablet, it shows as an empty white box.

It turns out on his desktop, he was opening it with a Word 2003 viewer and he was able to view by downloading a Word 2007 compatibility pack.
But the tablet was using an Android version of Word.
The logo was a tiff file.
Is there a way to make the logo show up on Android? Is there some kind of compatibility pack needed for it too?
