how to create a special template to create a clear lay out for plain text

I would like to have a sort of template or preformatted wordfile in which i could put plain tekst with a persons characteristics, such that f.e. the first line is font x and the third line is font y etc,
In this way I could create a form that immediately shows the parts of the tekst that is important for each person.
How should I create this??

I'm not sure, but look into Styles. In particular look into the style settings for Style for following paragraph.
