Justification
I did a search, but expertise is so low, I'm not even sure what to ask for. How do I do this with full (?) justification? i.e. both margins aligned.

If this is a table of contents, the easiest way to set it up is by letting Word do the job for you. See http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numb...fcontents.html.
If you prefer to do it manually, what you need is set up a right-aligned tab stop (at the right margin) with a leader. See http://wordfaqs.mvps.org/ManualTOC.htm and prepare for a lot of extra work...

Thanks for the reply. It is a table of contents, but throughout are checklists with that format. I did a manual years ago with WP and there was a simple way. Just hoping Word had one too.

While you can customize the appearance of a TOC in Word, you can't make changes to the content without losing those changes the next time you update the TOC.
What, exactly, are you trying to make of those check lists?
