I tried to locate the file MSHY3GEP.LEX but without success.
Which path this file is stored for Word 2007, Win10?

(In German it should be: C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\Microsoft Shared\Proof\MSHY3GEP.LEX, but this path doesn't exist)

the problem is that Microsoft keeps moving things around from one Office version to the next. Try looking in:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PROOF
or:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PROOF
