I'm using Word 2016 and Windows 10. I'm trying to copy tracked changes from a source document to a new document. All I get are the comments but no insertions or deletions. Thanks for your help. |

Try saving the existing document under a new name. Turn off Track Changes. Delete what you do not need in the new document.

Thanks Charles. I saved the doc to a new location with a new name. I turned track changes off by doing ctrl+shift+E and then deleted the text that I don't want. But that deleted text shows up red-lined as if track changes was still turned on. I must be doing something wrong.
