How do I retrieve my quick clicks in word?
Upgraded my Office program and my quick clicks have disappeared from my word document.

I'm sorry, but "quick clicks" is a term I have never heard.
If you are talking about the commands on the Ribbon, try double-clicking on a Ribbon Tab. If you are talking about the Quick Access Toolbar, see Modifying the QAT in Microsoft Word for some idea where you might find files. I don't think they will simply move from one version to another, though. (That is one reason I keep mine in different files.) You may have to go into the old version of Word, export them, and then try importing. Did you upgrade from Word 2007 to Word 2010?
