No matter what to do, can't remove Restrict editing inside word document. Double click just make pop-up dialog as shown :-(
Any suggestions?

Look on the right side of your screenshot. Restrict editing has not been applied to your document!

The pop-up is a legacy text form field's properties window. It is what you get when you double-click on a text form field in a document that has not been protected for forms.

Yes, but after saving and untick restrict editing whole document is somehow like big "text form", there is nothing inside what I can edit, delete etc...?
