Views: 11 Size: 32.5 KB">border_problem.doc My problem is that the border within the table seems undeleteable and I didn't know where it comes from. Can anyone give me a hint? Many thanks! |

Are you referring to the cell borders, or to the shading on the first row and in the last cell? Cell B3 is also formatted with an 'inside' paragraph border.
You also have something strange going on with Styles in the document, which display as 預設段落字型1. You can clear that via Ctr-A, Ctrl-Spacebar, which returns everything to the Normal Style.

Sorry, the shaded areas have been confusing (which doesn't mean anything in this case). And I couldn't see the style as "預設段落字型1". Instead, the style is displayed in Word as "內文" (literally "Normal" in English). |

1. Select the entire cell 2. Choose Table Tools>Borders>Borders and Shading>Borders>Apply To: Paragraph>Setting: None>OK.

Is that a border at the paragraph level within a cell? |

It's an inter-paragraph border; the cell is of no consequence (i.e. you can create the same effect outside a table).
