![]() I frequently create hyperlinks in Word files to other files on my HD. Sometimes I need to move or copy the original files (or parts of them) to other locations, and this sometimes results in disconnecting the hyperlinks. How to I create hyperlinks that will work even if they've been moved to a directory other than the originating one? Thanks, TC |

Unless the relative paths between the files remains unchanged, you'll need to edit or recreate the links. To see how to implement relative hyperlink paths in Word, check out the field code solution I've posted at: http://windowssecrets.com/forums/sho...External-Files
