Missing Styles when opening a downloaded Word Document

Hi



I have tried to download the following documents:

Unfortunately, when I open the document, all the formats & styles (outline structure) are missing in the tab section (although is seems that the document had once styles and numbering).

Any idea why the styles are not apprear when I open the document?

Your document exhibits the characteristics of one that has been opened & edited in WordPad. Doing so deletes all Style definitions (except Normal).
