Printing without Comments
Hi
While printing a document, margins which are created to show Comments are printed. How can print without these margins (comments), except deleting them? I want comments to be remained in document but not printed. Thanx. |

You can switch off the display of comments while you print. Recent Word versions have the option to print without comments, but I am not certain that Word 2007 had that option. If not it's easy enough to achieve with a macro.
Code:
Sub HideCommentsAndPrint() ActiveWindow.View.ShowComments = False Options.PrintBackground = False ActiveDocument.PrintOut Options.PrintBackground = True ActiveWindow.View.ShowComments = True End Sub
