The problem I am referring to only occurs with MS Word and only when I print.
I sell vehicles and I produce a 'Short List' of vehicles available each month. The speach marks around the words 'short list' on printing, are converted to the symbols as re the attachment. They only occur when printing and have not always occurred. I am using a Cannon MG3560 printer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer with no improvement. I can find anything under the printer settings to adjust, and it is getting close to the end of the month where I must start printing again. Why print? Many of my customers are elderly, don't own computers and have to receive 'snail mail'. Any suggestions would be most welcome. |
