I appreciate you trying to help, but I think u misunderstood. What I want is to be able to make comments in the balloon (and print them), but without there being this unnecessary "Comment [#]:" label in every bubble. My goal is just to make the comments easier to read. Intuitively, you would expect Microsoft to include this as an option in tools>options>track-changes>balloons, but all you can do there is change the color of the balloon and on which side the balloons show up.
