Default Problem Printing Odd Pages (Envelopes) in Microsoft Office 2013

Hi,

Our office merges up documents in the form of envelope, letter, another envelope, another letter, and so on. We can select "print even pages" and the even pages (letters) print out fine. However, when we select "print odd pages" the odd pages (envelopes) do not print correctly. Only the first one prints out, and the subsequent letters are blank. We did not have this issue with Microsoft Office Word 2007. Why does this happen and is there a way to fix it?

Thank you very much.
