Spacing is 1.5 lines but result doesn't look good.
Hi there, I'm working on my thesis and I'm stuck with spacing. They ask 1.5 lines and I did so. Problem is, it doesn't look right and I can't figure out why. What did I do wrong?
Here are two screenshots: http://i.imgsafe.org/0450344.png http://i.imgsafe.org/9954f35.png Thanks a lot for your help. |

I'm not sure that I see the problem in your screenshots.
I note at least two styles in these (or at least suspect them). With multiple styles you can also have space-before and space-after paragraph formatting differences. Be sure to keep backups when making any changes. |

You didn't do anything wrong. The spacing is an attribute of the Adobe Caslon Pro font. If you use (say) Times New Roman font (which is often stipulated for such documents) the spacing looks more like you seem to expect.
