I actually kind of figured it out. I just highlighted all the text in question. The two drop down lists went blank (since there were different values between the lines). When I pressed up or down on Before or After it reverted back to 0pt. Not sure if that is the official way to do it but it worked for me. If there is a more recognized way to do it please share.
