Removed white space within same page.

I have a "one page and a half" document. For now i don't need to add more characters. Since i saved as PDF, to look more professional i would like to remove the white space. How to do that?

You could reduce the page size for both pages and/or increase the page margins and/or font sizes, so the content fills more of the available space.

Reduce page size: Didn't work.


Increase page margins: Didn't work. Pdf messed up and added extra white space in the top and bottom which was not shown in word.


Any other trick in the sleeve?

If you reduce the page size and/or increase the margins, the text must occupy more of the remaining space. Simply saying "Didn't work" only shows you either didn't do it correctly or needed to make greater changes...

In word it works but it's tricky to get the adjustment right. But it works!

In acrobat reader, white space is created and does not correspond to what you visually see in word. Could be a bug; i don't know!

I will leave it as it is for now.

Did you try reducing the page size to say 7 x 10 or 6 x 9?

Ye i go to "more paper sizes" and reducing height only increases the number of pages but does not decrease white space. Why?
