Hi
1- How can find repetitive words or sentences in a document? Is it possible in MS-Word? 2- Another question is if a word is repeated in file which is used for AutoMark (Index), then does Word ignores one of them or what? Thanax |

If repeated words are marked for an index, Word will include both of them.
The grammar checker, if turned on, notes repeated words. |

There is nothing in Word that will do this automatically. Obviously, many articles (the, a, an) will be repeated. There may be some third-party program that would count the times each word in a document is used.

I examined repeated words in an Index. It seems that Word will ignore repeated words while Index is created. What do you mean with 'Word will include both of them'? |
