Other than vertical alignment, your table is centred. However, parts of it are liable to not be printed on most printers, due to their non-prining area of about 0.25in (6mm) around the edges. Any other alignments issues are due to the printer itself and/or how the paper has been loaded.

PS: If you want people to look at a document, attach it to a post here, rather than on an advertisement-laden site like the one you used.
