Copy excel data
Hello I am trying to copy a spreadsheet from Excel over to my word document. If i select the cells and paste as a spreadsheet object, I end up with entire workbook. How do I copy and paste only the selected cells that contain data, format, formulas etc? The problem I have is when I double click on the data of my document, I can scroll down thru pages of empty cells. I hope I explained it well enough what my issue is. Any help is appreciated. |

The problem is that you are embedding a worksheet so if you double click it you are back to the source worksheet. Paste as bitmap with the link option set. It will shrink to fit the space available, and being a link, any changes you make in Excel will be available to the document.
