Default Hide Rows that are empty inserted by Quick parts.

Hello, I've made Word template in SharePoint with inserting Quick Parts (Document Property) - Meta data is from SharePoint.

I have tables with articles and there will be sometimes one or two and can be 20 articles. So I want if there is empty to hide that row.

Thank you

The only way to deal with this in Building Blocks (the kind of quick part I think you are talking about) is by having multiple ones with different numbers of rows. Automated Boilerplate Using Microsoft Word

You might want to explore using a UserForm. Create a Simple Userform
This may be a bit more complex since it involves vba.

I can not have VBA in my WORD because the template is on SharePoint.

Then you'll need multiple AutoText entries with the appropriate number of rows.

Otherwise, you can just delete the unneeded rows after you add a large table.

Again, that is not possible without using vba, as far as I know.

I know a lot about Word but there are real limits to my knowledge. I usually know what those limits are; I do not believe this is one of them.

You can select the row and delete it by right-clicking and picking delete rows.

I've seen html tables that, when inserted into a Word document, auto-hide any empty rows. Of course, that's not very helpful when you need to start off with an essentially empty table then add data to some rows, since they'd all start out as hidden.
