Hi There
I am using MS word 2003. I regularly deal with documents with more than 100 references. One part of my job is to find the names that reappear in the document. At present, I am going through all the references manually and highlighting all names that reappear and how many times they reappear. Is there a way i can automatically highlight all names that reappear. I don't have a list of names that i need to compare the document with. Every time, the document is new. It would save me hours of work if the word can automatically highlight all names that occur more than once, and if possible give me the count for each name. Any help would be great!!! Many Thanks NJ |
