Auto numbering macro

I have a question, I have a form that users fill out on a daily basis is there a way to assign an automatic 5 digit number for every form? so if a user prints a form the Rework # 1790 number would show 1791..and the next user when he prints he sees 1792 is that possible through a macro or something??
