Does anyone have experience with Word's Table of Authorities (Word 2003)? If so, it seems the TA field codes are affecting the page numbers that appear in the TA/index results. By the end of the document it seems to believe there are five additional pages, which there are--the romanets at the beginning. I've also tried moving the TA/index and contents, etc. (with the romanett page numbers) to the end of the document but only had a brief period of time to experiment with this.



Second issue--is there a way to make the TA field codes totally invisible? The only time they are invisible is in the print preview which you can't work in. I understand that Alt-F9 should hide all field codes, but doesn't affect the TA codes in my document.

This is a project at work and I don't have it here at home.
