Every time I have cut and pasted some text, a little clipboard appears over the text I'm editing so I can't see it. How can I stop it appearing (after pasting)? It's very annoying. |

I happen to like it, but to each his/her own.
Assuming it is like Word 2013... File > Options > Advanced |

To expand just a bit on Charles' reply, if you don't want to disable the Paste Options button completely, you can press ESC to hide it when it appears in a document.
