Format:Fonts for Avery 5266 labels

I wish to print Avery File Folder labels (5266) with Word.
Tools > Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels > Label tab > (no address) Typing the text > then Single label (row and column) Label type (Avery Standard 5266) So far so good.

To select font : right click on typed text > click Font and select the desired font (in this case Ariel size 14 Bold)

Print the label - but no matter what I select for fonts it always prints out Times New Roman 12.



What do I do wrong, I want Ariel 14 Bold!

By this do you mean, highlight and right-click, or just right-click?
