I am trying to change the font from black to white so that I can print on black paper. What steps do I need to take to acomplish this. Please help.

Changing the font colour won't achieve what you're after unless your printer also has white ink. As a workaround, you could give the document a black background and print on white paper, but that'll consume a lot of ink and won't print to the edge of the paper unless you have a printer capable of doing full-bleed prints.
