Default indenting paragraphs in word 2007

This might seem stupid, but I can't figure out how to simplu indent a paragraph in word 2007. With indenting I mean moving an entire paragraph to the right, as when you use quotations in a text. Naturally, I tried help, but it seems to explain every possible thing you can do that is related to indenting, but the basic thing (such as "indenting everything but the first line").
