Saving a document without tracked changes
I am editing a document using Track Changes. After the changes have been accepted, I want to save a document without all the markups changes and comments from the earlier drafts. In other words, I want to send a publisher a clean final version without any markups shown or hidden. How do I do that?

Besides a final file without tracked changes, I usually save a backup file with "markup" in the file name just to have a record of what was changed. When things go wrong, it provides a way to go back and see what happened. Just a suggestion.
