We have a user that had her computer replaced and reports that the new computer does not do for her in MS Word 2013 that her old computer did.
She reports that, after typing a paragraph on a flyer in English, she's supposed to also do it in Spanish. When typing in Spanish, she claims the Word would AUTOMATICALLY insert the tildes over the letters (Senor would have the line over the n) and any letter in a word that has an accent - like the word, dia, would AUTOMATICALLY become dia with the accent over the i. I have spend hours trying to figure this out and cannot find a way to make this happen for either the tildes nor the accents. I'm >< this close to calling this woman a liar. Can someone please shed light on this for me? |
