Hey everyone,
I posted this same problem on Microsoft's forum but haven't even received so much as a "I don't know" response. On one employee computer the laptop keyboard will not work in Word 2013. It only beeps at you. Everything else in Office 2013 and other applications work fine with the laptop keyboard. External keyboards work fine in Word though. The only two ways we have been able to get the laptop keyboard to work in Word is to open the help menu or click on the name in the upper-right corner of the Word window. Once you close out of Word and reopen it the problem comes back. Sticky keys are not on. I've uninstalled / reinstalled Office on it already a couple of times. There are a few other things I've tried but just can't remember at this time. Does anyone else have any ideas what I can do? Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 10-28-2015 at 09:29 AM.
