I'm trying to select some red text and change it to black using the button, and Word doesn't even acknowledge that I've done anything. It doesn't work with the format painter either. I've been editing and saving this document up to now with no troubles. Please help if you have any ideas.
Thanks. |

Do you have 'Track Changes' on? If so, try Accepting the change or changing the Change-tracking colour.
