![]() If the header content isn't continuing, it's almost certain that it has something to do with the way Section breaks (and possibly page layouts) have been applied. to ensure continuity, all Sections after the first must have the 'same as previous' attribute applied and should probably not use the 'different first page' or 'different odd and even' layout settings.
