Not able to open the embedded 2007 docx in 2003 doc document
Hi All,
I have 2003 office version. I got a one file which has .doc extension. I am able to open this word document but it consists one embedded docx ( version 2007 ) document. I am not able to open this. I have installed the compatibility pack from 2007 to 2003 but still I am facing the same issue. Any help will be appreicated !!

Open the file in 2007 and give save as >> then go to "save as type" select Word 2003 document and save.
Then open it in 2003 version. I will open. Hope this will help you. Quote:
