changing background color
when i copy a text fro this forum, the copide text has another color near gray and blue. i want to make the background color white and text color black. how can i do this?

The only way I can reproduce your problem is if I take a screenshot and paste a graphic. If I simply select text in the browser and paste it into a Word file, the text appears black on white.

kiv: If you're going to insert images, please scale them down and crop away anything extraneous first. As for the background shading on copied text, you can be sure of eliminating that by using Paste Special and pasting as unformatted text. That way, its formatting will match whatever formatting is apples to the destination.
