Merging Multiple Word files into One
Hello,
I have Windows 7, and MS Office 2007. In my MS Office 2007, I have some 50 seperate files, each with different content. They all need changes to formatting, ie, changing a BOCK CAPITAL name to lower case Sefton instead of SEFTON is one example. I thought the easiest way would be to merge all the documents into one very big file, then do a Find and Replace to change the many items that need formatting. Then after formatting them returning them into the original 50 files (with the amendments done) I started by opening one file, going to the bottom, then opening another files, cutting and pasting, then adding to the original first file etc. This eemed to me very long winded, so I though I would ask on this forum if anyone has any ideas. I would be very grateful for your help. Many thanks |
