Hello
Is it possible to reset function of a shortcut key (like Ctlr+B as Bold) and assign an especial Style to it? How?

You can certainly assign keyboard shortcuts to styles, but it is probably better not to re-assign shortcuts which might be useful.

Click the arrow at the right end of the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) and select 'More Commands' from the next dialog check Customize keyboard shortcuts Styles are near the bottom of the Categories list.

If I were assigning keyboard shortcuts to styles, I would probably use the ability to set up sequential keyboard shortcuts. I would use something like Alt+Shift+S as a trigger, to be followed by a letter or number for the particular style. So, for instance, I would set Alt+Shift+S,S for the Strong style, and Alt+Shift+S,E for the Emphasis style. That is, you press Alt+Shift+S followed by the letter S or E.
