Default "Inserting" 11x17 blank sheet into report

Hi,

I have a report I'm working on created by someone else using MS Word 2007 (I'm also using 2007) and there are various areas where pages are landscape or else 11x17 landscape where figures and drawings have been inserted into them. I would like to know how I can insert a single blank page anywhere in the report and choose what size and orientation it is so I too can insert an image onto it. So for example say the first 5 pages are 8.5x11" portrait like 'normal' in a report, then I want to add one 11x17" landscape page for page 6 then back to 8.5x11" for page 7.

Thanks,

-John

Yes, you can change the page orientation as you like in the middle of your report.

1. You have to select the area that you would like to change the page orientation.
2. Go to pagesetup >> under margins >> you can change the scaling as you like.
3. there is a small drop down under <preview> <<apply to >> under that select the ddrop down to "selected text"

This will change the page orientation as per your scaling.

Hope this will solve your problem.
