Default Word formatting

Hi everyone,

I do medical transcription and I would like to know if there is an easier way of formatting the following:

Is there a way of going from:

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION:
VITAL SIGNS: Weight 142 pounds. Blood pressure 130/80.
HEART: Regular rate and rhythm without murmurs, rubs, or gallops. Carotids without bruits.
LUNGS: Clear to auscultation.
EXTREMITIES: Bilateral lower extremities without edema.

To this format without having to move every line individually in Word?

Thanks,
