Default Fix a section on first page and wrap around it?

Hi everyone, been googling like crazy but cant find an answer...
I've been tasked to build a fillable form in Word. The form requires a series of fillable fields that will always be fixed to the bottom of the first page. Example: when the form is filled, if enough info is entered by the user in the preceding fields, it will push the section I want to always be on the first page to the next page. I need to somehow wrap everything ahead of this section around what I need to fix on the bottom of the first page. Does that make sense?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
B.
