Resume Screening
Hello.
I'm currently looking for a new job and and have found out that most companies now use screening software to sift though resumes for the better matches is there a way I can add invisible text/tags to get a better match without destroying my resume |

Somehow I doubt *most* companies do this. It's expensive and probably far less than 100% reliable, too. Your best option is to ask your prospective employer what they're looking for before you submit an application. That way, you can tailor the application more closely to their needs - or you might decide you don't want to submit one, after all.
