Default Microsoft Word 2003: casual style from the writing box?

Microsoft Word 2003:
I'm having trouble with the following below please could someone help

I'm supposed to 'open a new word document then click on tools - Options - Spelling and Grammar - then select >> casual style from the writing box? But when I follow these instructions the only two options in the writing box are: grammar and style / grammar only... I have been told (well read in my AVCE book) that there are several 'casual, standard, formal, technical and custom.
