Hi
I have a word document with 4 pages. Word insists on giving me an extra blank page. When I type and go over onto another page, I still have an extra page. NOW 6 PAGES.

I have looked on line. Tried draft mode highlighted a row and hit delete. Simply hit delete. Word will not get rid if the extra page. This is frustrating and I have to regularly copy content to a new word document.

I have been to a Microsoft site

Delete a single page of content

You can select and delete a single page of content anywhere in your document.
  1. Place your cursor anywhere in the page of content that you want to delete.
  2. On the Home tab, in the Find group, click the arrow next to Find, and then click Go To.
  3. Type \page and then click Go To.
The content of the page is selected.
  4. Click Close, and then press DELETE.
Delete a blank page at the end of a document

NO THIS DOES NOT WORK.
