document styles and some formatting doesn't appear where should when different people view document
document is using styles imported from another template document including callouts and caption titles for tables and pictures. But when different people view document suddenly some can see it correctly but when others view it the formatting appears to have corrupted. We have a mixture of people using 2010 2007 and 2013 but it still happens to some people and not others who are all using 2010. The document was first created as a doc then saved as a docx all seemed fine but then it just started doing this. We've tried looking at printer settings that hasn't worked. Must be something to do with the custom styles being used. Eventually the document is supposed to be turned into a pdf. Please can you help. :-(

See: What happens when I send my document to someone else? Will Word mess up my formatting?
The most likely explanation is that you have the document set to automatically update styles from the template. |
