Format Picture toolbar button not working in Word 2007
Usually I right-click and format pictures from the context menu, but I thought I'd try the Format Picture toolbar button. Even when the picture's selected, the button is grayed out and inactive. Would anyone have a clue why?

? Not sure what you are referring to here. The context menu button? The button on the Ribbon?
