Default Copying and pasting from Amazon sales to MS Word the text is garbled.

I sell books on Amazon Books.

Once a book is sold, I am notified by Amazon and given the buyers address. I then 'copy' that address from the Amazon web site and paste to a 'Word' document (an order showing that address) which I then send to my printer who dispatches for me. The pasted text is garbled and does not make sense. This has only happened since installing Windows 10.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

'garbled' is a wide and generous term :-} Could you provide an example that shows an address the way you would like it and an address the way Word is presenting it?

Hi.
Thanks for the quick reply.
The text when copied looks like the following:
-DPHV +HQGHUVKRW 75(1721 3/ This was three address lines to a USA address. Never are two 'pastes' the same. It has only started since installing Windows 10. Any assistance would be appreciated as I do quite a lot of copying and pasting.
Thanks.
L.

What happens if you paste the text into, say, NotePad instead?

Default Amazon Text.

I have tried copying and pasting from an EBay purchasers address and all is ok. It is just Amazon books text. The text below is copied from the Amazon packing slip information. This is what I get when pasted to 'Word.'

-DPHV +HQGHUVKRW
 75(1721 3/
<25. 6&

This is the name and address of a USA purchaser.
I feel it most be something to do with the font.
It means I have to manually type all the Amazon names and addresses into my dispatch label which is a pain in the but.
Any ideas?

HI.
I have tried copying to 'One Note' and the text is still the same. (I cannot find 'NotePad'.)
As I have said previously, I sell books on EBay and copying and pasting from them to 'Word' is ok. It is just Amazon I am having trouble with. Would it be that it is something to do with the font that Amazon uses and it is not listed as a font in my font list in 'Word.'
I have tried pasting to 'Publisher' and still no joy.
All other pasting operations work well, and I cannot see it being something to do with the clipboard.
Any suggestions?
