Gallery Content control and protect document
G'day,
we are making a document template that we want people to use in a very tightly controlled way. Everywhere the user can enter is a contentcontrol. Then we are restricting editing to the whole document to only be able to fill in form fields. This was appearing to work well until we came to the need for a drop down selection of pictures. The building block gallery seemed perfect, and in our development, worked exactly as we want - excitement reigned. Until just now, where we protected the document - and for some reason, all the other controls are editable, but the gallery, instead of being a drop down of a set of pictures, has been greyed out and is acting like a text box? Any help would be appreciated, as I'm stumped as to how to continue! |

How are you protecting the template? For Filling in Forms? This is not what you want. You want No Changes - with exceptions.
