drop down text question
Hi! I need to create a dropdown menu in word 2007. I know how to do that, the problem is that I need to enter a few options, I also know that I can't use more than 25, but I want to know if there is a way that I can enter all of the options at once instead of one by one which is taking me forever.
Any ideas?? Thks! |

Other than entering the items one at a time manually, you could populate the dropdown with a macro - but you'd still need to have all the items stored somewhere for the macro to access them, plus you'd have to write the code...
