Under <Forms> you can add text form field for writing text.
Also you can modify the field like text, number, date etc. by double clicking on it. |

Yes, I know how to use a text box. That doesn't allow for template fill in fields. As far as I have seen. Please let me know if there is a way to format the text box so I can lock the form and be able to edit those and the check boxes only. Thank you for the reply.
